National Associate of Insurance Commissioners is the full form of NAIC that is Highest Insurance Department in USA.

In early May 2009 the government adopted new standards for the health insurance supplement. The standards were developed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAICS) and were established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Medicare Improvements for Patients and providers implement Act of 2008.

The Standard Insurance Medicare Supplement was originally hired by the NAIC in 1979 and have already been warned several times since. Recent rule changes include changes in the Medicare Supplement plan options as confusing and duplicative benefits in the Medicare Part B physician and outpatient services - the plan. These changes include:

- The addition of palliative care benefits plan option for each individual Medicare supplement

- The elimination of pollution prevention and recycling at home, planning the options for all Medicare Supplement
